Tony Carbone: Member of the infamous Carbone mafia family in the depths of New York City. He has been brought in for questioning following his arrest at a failed Carbone drug smuggling across the city.

Emily Woods: A highly incompetent and quick tempered investigative officer of the New York Police Department. A fanatic of the Carbone family case who has been assigned to the questioning of Carbone.

Bugsy: A fellow worker of the New York Police Department.

Research for EARNEST - The Importance of Being Earnest (2002)

The movie I'll be analyzing today is The Importance of Being Earnest (2002) directed by Oliver Parker. I felt like this was the best movie to start off with seeing as we're building our own one off of the story. This movie won the Nastro d'Argento for Best Costume Design, so I'm hoping to pick up some good tips and inspiration for our own short film. For all other movies, I'll only be analysing the first five minutes, as that's how long our own movie has to be, but seeing as this is the story we're building our own one off, I decided to watch and analyse the whole thing. EARNEST - Day 2 of filming

Due to a technical error, the media that we recorded last Wednesday wasn't actually recorded, so today, Monday 3rd of April, we're going into town to reshot the scenes downtown with Aneurin and Conor. Both boys are available to redo our shots and at least this time Conor can bring a whole costume instead of just his shirt. The weather will be sort of the same, and we'll be able to use the same location.
